Maintenance/calibration sheets for HP Designjet Scanner 4200 and if possible 4500 too

I am on a quest for the maintenance sheets (and any other calibration sheets if applicable) for the HP Designjet Scanner 4200 Model Q1280A.

And the same for the Designjet Scanner 4500 if possible.

I replied to your PM, but for anyone else, Wide Scan Systems is a source for any GTCO/Calcomp scanner parts. www.widescansystems.com

GTCO/Calcomp made the scanner on the HP CC800PS/815MFP/820MFP/4200/4500/4520/T1100MFP/T1200 HD & SD scanners.
