After replacing the HDD (with OEM) and updating firmware, the machine comes to READY, prints a page with several short lines of varying lengths, then displays error code 46.23.3F. Service mode seems to be inaccessible (stays on initializing โforever) and cannot reset to factory defaults.This code is not listed in the manual and there seems to be next to nothing on the Internet. Additionally, when using the doc feeder, code 31.13.01 is generated (doc feeder pick error) though paper feeds normally. Thoughts?
