HP LaserJet Enterprise 750

A customer has a broken lift gear on one of their paper cassettes. It is a white plastic gear with "RU7-0123" written on it. I'm not an HP guy and we don't carry parts in stock, but an internet search has turned up little help. The only thing I can find is an entirely new cassette priced at $350, which is not really an option.

If anyone has a parts manual, or knows where to find this gear I would appreciate the help.

HP likes to sell assemblies. It's promising that there is a part number printed on your gear. An HP dealer may be able to get the separate gear. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
