This machine was working great until the waste toner lite came on, the customer changed it and installed a new transfer cleaning kit now the belt won't turn but the belt turns easily by hand, when I run the motor in test mode I can hear it binding and trying to drive can anyone give me the part number for the transfer drive motor I can't seem to find it in the parts manual. Any additional information on this problem would be helpful.
