[Error Code] HP T2500 Plotter Errore Code: 28.1:02

Getting paper jam After 3 or 4 continuous print (86:01 Paper jam detected please press continue)

I didn't find out any paper jam, then restarted plotter and again it will print 3 or 4 pages only

Printhead has been changed (New one), but while installing print head getting the below message

" Error Code: 28.1:02

The Printhead in slot 1 is nearing the end of its useful life. it may have reached a degradation level that prevents the printer from producing acceptable prints consistently"

I perform the clean printhead option form the plotter settings, but still, it's printing only print 3 to 4 pages

What is the date on the new print head?

When the printer stops with the 86:01, is the carriage always in the same place? Check the encoder strip, it may be dirty or damaged. Clean it with water and a paper towel or coffee filter.

Is the carriage rail clean and lubricated? With the printer off, can you move the carriage end to end freely? Only try this with the carriage assembly unlocked from the service station; do not attempt to move the carriage out of the service station area by force. Do this after the paper jam and after turning the printer off.

I cleaned the encoder strip & carriage rail, now it's working properly

No, That message only show up when I installed printhead, now its functioning properly
