    Image is like this in the attached file (when printing from platen glass. adf ).
    I also noticed that when printing from 2 sided to 1 sided , one image is like that in tha attached file and the other
    image is ok.
    Any idea?

    i.e exposure lamp lights ok.

    That's a perfect image of the underside of the scanner. There's something wrong with your flatbed scanner. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      First of all, i forgot to tell that model is hp MFP M426.
      Now about the answer . Scaner movement is smooth , lamp remains light during scanning.
      Because i am not familiar with this model can you tell me where to watch.
      I pesume that when using ADF it scans both upper and down side of image at the same time. Do i have to see ADf ?
      But i have this image when using platen glass.
