I have swapped the color motor, main board, and verified voltages on the printer. Does any HP Wizard out there know of anything else that causes this error so I can correct it.

The problem with the machine was so much simpler than the manual led me to believe, a problem with the gearing on the color drum cartridge caused this issue.
