If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I've had to do it once in a 4700 before. I've done lots of 4600's and 4650's. It's very similar, but you have to take off more parts. You have to remove the following:

Paper tray (Tray 2). ● Duplex cover or duplex unit. ● Face down tray assembly. ●Top cover. ● Left cover. ● Right cover. ● Rear cover. ● Delivery fan (Fan 3). ● Cartridge fan (Fan 2). ● Power supply fan (Fan 4). ● Formatter.

Make sure to take the printer off of all trays and place the printer on a level, sturdy surface before continuing.

      ● Low-voltage power supply PCB. ● DC controller PCB.

1 very critical thing is to remove the support bracket, located middle left side of the top of the printer, and put it under the frame BEFORE you remove the cover over the scanners or you'll mess up the optics. There is a triangle symbol on the frame to show you where that goes. When you're done make sure you put it back. Run multiple calibrations afterward and test.

Give yourself a couple of hours for the first time you do it.
