Hi all

Does anyone know if there is a way to replace the cassette roller and separation pad in an Officejet Pro X576 without stripping the whole machine down?

Yeah, no easy way........tear to bits. HP didn't make these first gen models easy.........

Not sure if the newer ones are any easier. We have an account that has a few in one location. Haven't ever had to do anything major to them.

There is a kit available with a tool to remove the feed roller.

It also comes with a new SEP pad.

Part number is CN598-6701

It's a fiddly job to do but quicker than stripping the whole machine.

It also works on the newer pagewide versions.
