    Hp cp4525

We got this to test the performance since they say that this is a good printer and they are right except that it spools slowly. How do we make it spool fast? we also have Hp color 500 m551 though the speed is slow but spooling is fast and it can even finish a book ahead of the cp4525 because cp4525 keeps on pausing when it is spooling.

Thinking about getting the slower model Hp cp4025, does this model spools slowly also or better that cp4525?

any feedback about Hp color enterprise m652dn and m653dn since m651 is not good?

    Best regards

well you left out some VERY important info:

    what PC printing from?
    what type file?
    Network or USB?
    what TYPE network?
    What OS?

there are more points... but you get the idea!

      Hi Phil,

Yup thank you for your reply. Let me try it this way, i use the same computer printed thru usb with windows 7 64bit, same pdf file printed it on Hp color 500 m551 and spooling was fast but when i printed it on Hp CP4525 spooling was slow. I also saw in Precisionroller website that cp4525 spools slowly. Maybe using a faster computer with bigger ram will improve it's spooling or is it really a defect of Cp4525?

I also learned from you that some older models like Hp 4700 are better than Hp m651, how about Hp m652 and m653? Are they better than HP cp4525?

I don't care for the M series AT ALL.

The sheer simplicity of the 4700 & 4600 series was brilliant. There's not a job on those machines that would take more than an hour. I'm sorry to see them leave. Just about as sorry to say goodbye to the 4200/4300.

We'll all be dead before the last HP4200 is out of service.

you will still have the bottleneck at the printer... i doubt even putting more ram in the printer would make a diff. It's all due to the processor and channels of it for spooling functions.

sorry I didn't answer this the first go round.
