Has plenty of ink , black is new , has light print quality for all colors . Ran demo pages and supply pages , all colors light , ran through a 2nd side to check for moisture in paper , still the same . Pulled print cartridge drawer out and wiped down ITB , ITB looked great . Checked rear and inspected the transfer roller , looked good . Run color calibration now , still the same after . Machine only has 6,228 pages on it . No other issues noted at this time . I suspect high voltage power supply , but likely not worth fixing if it is this . Anyone seen this and resolved ? Thanks in advance , Ark . More than likely the ITB. I think I remember replacing ITB's on this design (CP2025, CM2320). -

Check the quality of the image on itb. You will find out whether the problem is with the transfer to the paper or before it like a laser etc ..Last edited by zoraldinho; 12-06-2018, 10:54 AM.Practice makes perfect
