[Error Code] HP Laserjet Flow 880z error code.13.FF.FF Fuser area Jam.

Hello Colleagues,

After doing service to the above printer,I got this error code.13.FF.FF Fuser area Jam.

I have tried all i know ,even replacing the fuser unit with another one but the error still persists.

find atttached,

Kindly advise on what could be causing this and how to fix it.

Did you check all paper path sensors and flags?
