Officejet Pro 7740 Error code B80D950E ?

This code shows at start up on screen and locks down unit . Has anyone seen this or do you know what this refers to ? Is there a way to do a system reset on this machine , NVram reset ? Customer said HP was downright rude when he asked them about it . Sadly as you all likely know , HP has extremely bad service support for their inkjet type machines . Thanks in advance , Ark .

My guess would be a printhead or ink problem. But, since a whole new printer only costs $180, it wouldn't be worth spending over $200 for a new printhead and/or ink.
