    [Jamming] HP M806 13.E1.D2

    Hey Guys,

Have any of you run into a fairly consistent 13.E1.D2 error on a M806 or M830, also known as the 13.E1.Dz? The fuser has been changed by the customer which did not help.

I'll be checking the Bin full sensor but, I'm just curious if anyone else here has seen this and whether the full delivery unit is normally the cause?

    Thanks in advance!

Sensors tested fine so I'm going to replace the face down delivery assembly. I'll let you guys know how it goes.
