Hi all, how do you get into service mode on this HP MFP P77749-60Z Page Wide machine, it has an error code 62.12. 51, print head lift motor error.

this model name makes no sense to me - get the product code from the label on the back

on the plate on the left hand door the "Regulatory Model Number is VCVRA-1703, if it makes any sense.

The model name is ALWAYS stamped right on the front of the product.
