1) you say they have been changed.. are they using Genuine HP OEM toners?

Compatible toners (I did change them myself yesterday with a set out a printer we have at the office which are compatible)
The machine only has about 45k on it.
I can access the manual from LaserPros.
One thing I failed to mention is that it is random, maybe 1-3 out of 50 and I have not personally witnessed it.Comment

Re: HP CLJ CP2025 Print quality
Aah the German flag issue I run into all the time...I'm fortunate enough that I usually know which toners were replaced last just before the issue started and it goes away after cleaning the image transfer belt ass'y and switching those toners for different ones.
My printers also don't do it on every page sometimes 3 in a row sometimes 1 in 50

Re: HP CLJ CP2025 Print quality
This is caused by a flaw in the drum of one of the print cartridges. Hard to say which one though. The drum will discharge to the belt through a pinhole in the opc coating and that discharge causes all the drums to grab toner from their respective dev units at the same time. Like 8T2 said, it is nice when you can find out what color cartridge was replaced most recently. Check your supply levels and start with the one that is the newest.Comment
