I have a customer that has DJ 500 and the only computer that had drivers crashed. If anyone can direct me somewhere I can obtain more, that would be great.

Of course you know I feel like a dumbass because I had ask my computer guy to burn a set for me and he goes on to tell me that they are not available for free because each set is registered to that specific plotter, ect. ect.. It was based on his military career and he had a top level clearance, so I think he was dealing with some special stuff. Again I feel dumb for not checking myself. The greatest enemy of knowledge isn't ignorance, it is the illusion of knowledge. Stephen HawkingComment

If you still need it PM me. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks again for your interest. I have been printing for a couple of weeks. My confusion was that I had ask one of my computer people to find and burn a set for the customer, and based on his past experience in the Air Force, the plotters he used had "dongle's" on them to keep from being copied. Add to this the digital sender I was working on at the same time, in which the operating program is not free, [HP wants $800 to ghost it onto a hard drive], and I took his word for it that the drivers were not online instead of looking myself. That one was my fault for not doing it myself. I still feel like a dumbass for asking. The greatest enemy of knowledge isn't ignorance, it is the illusion of knowledge. Stephen HawkingComment
