i have the hp officejet pro 8610 when i install cartridges it ll saw all four full 100% then it ll display aliging printer the it ll display cartridges problem the the ink inks ll saw empty what could be the problem

Hi, you should indicate whether the toners are original or not. This is a home printer. And how much is the counter?

well it could be 3rd party/refilled inks.

it could also be the carriage assm.

pull inks...

look at the contact pads..

are they:

soiled with ink?

any of the "contacts" (dimples) deformed or bent in? esp look at the lower ones .. they become deformed with repeated seating of the inks. Also check the contacts on the inks.. are they clean, not deformed? ( you did pull the blue shipping tape right?)

those are pretty shitty units once they start messing up.

These printheads commonly fail. I think HP used almost the same printhead design for the Designjet T120/T520's too.
