[Misc] HP LJ Ent 500 Color MFP M575f scanner control ribbon cable installation procedure

I need to replace the scanner control ribbon cable (CD644-60105) on the above mentioned printer. The part number for the scanner is CD644-60110. Of course, there is no procedure in the repair manual. If anyone has done this and could assist, it would be deeply appreciated.

There isn't a removal procedure for the cable or whole scanner unit?

There is a procedure on how to remove the scanner from the unit. But not how to replace the ribbon cable.

Sounds like it's one of those things you'll need to figure out on your own if you want to replace a cable and not a whole unit (which would probably include the cable).
