When you hit start the adf roller will make a noise. Sometimes it will come down to the paper to try to pick it up, sometimes not. I removed the back cover and observed the motors and they seem to be working correctly and the belts are moving as they should. I removed the Roller Assy and started the copy and it does not make a noise. I don't work on these often and could use any help... THANKS SO MUCH !!!
