HP Designjet T1100PS

I have replaced the Service Station and need to Reset the Maint. Kit 2 Message.
I have gone into the Service Utilities Menu: In the manual it says it is reset under the Reset Life Counter but all I see is the Reset User Life Counter. Is there more than 1 way to see the Service Utilities Menu?

Depends on which buttons you pushed. There is a Service Tools menu (end users) and Service Menu menu (engineers).
