    HP DesignJet T525 36"

    Hi, i have a customer with an HP DesignJet T525 36 inches with a paper roller 24 in x 150 ft
    When try to print from Autocad or other application with size A1 the plotter allways says the size in wrong...
    Any ideas of configuration that i must check?

    why aren't they using paper size appropriate for the paper?

      I'm not too familiar with AutoCAD, and the client doesn't seem to configure it correctly.

      I would like to know if someone could tell me the correct steps to select a type of paper in autocad.

        WHAT ARE THEY PRINTING?

          This is just a guess but the printer thinks it has 24" paper loaded, and you're telling it to print on A1 paper which is slightly narrower, so there's a mismatch. Print using an Arch D paper size and I think you'll be OK.
