I don't think they have preference, but they have several other large HP's, so I guess HPs would be the preferred.

SURE WOULD BE NICE TO KNOW:

what size paper they require.
any finisher operations needed
extra trays
air print/mac printing

It would be replacing the 9500 so letter to ledger paper sizes, no finisher. Its pretty heavy duty printer, 200k/month duty cycle. No mac or air.
