[Jamming] HP 4555 13.C1.D2

Hello all,
I've got a HP M4555 that keeps giving a 13.C1.D2 (late to intermediate switchback sensor) error and jamming under the toner cartridge. We replaced the the reversing assembly a couple months prior. This machine does not jam every print job, buy randomly during the day. Any help would be appreciated as I don't see this jam code in the manual.

First thought would be sticky solenoids. Here's an article that may give clues.
