    Hp designjet t520 stuck

Our client asking for some reason on why their t520 got stuck like this after power on. They tried on and off with pulling the power cable on the socket. And try to power on again. Still the same status.

    Just a blue line..

Are there any beeps? Is the green LED located inside the left door (bottom left corner) flashing? If you hold the power button down does it turn off again (button should go from green to orange)?

Generally on these printers if you have a problem, it's the main PCA (CQ890-67097). I've also heard that the thumbdrive on the main PCA that holds the firmware can become corrupt. Just the firmware thumbdrive is CQ890-67105. $30 from HP vs $320 for the main PCA.

Actually no beep no flashing even if the power button is press it does not turn off. Tried yo direct unplug from the socket and put back again.. same problem no beep no flashing just lights on at power button and that blue line of loading.

Just to be sure, I'm talking about a green LED you can see through a hole behind the ink/left door.

If there is no light or it is not flashing, then you have to replace the main PCA.

Remove all the consumables (ink, printhead) and power it up, see if it does anything different. If not I believe the solution is to replace the USB firmware module on the main PCA.

Hi, I'm running in to the same problem but the ink doesn't go to the left where I can remove it.
