HP CM4540mfp / 59.00 FO Error

GM everyone.
A customer called with an 59.00.FO Error on a HP CM4540mfp this AM.Cant say I have much experience on this model.
I saw online that more than likely it is a sticking solonoid,which looks like a pain to get to.Ill be going to customer tomorrow to give
that a try.Has anyone else had this same problem on this model that may have a little more insight

59.00.F0: T1 alienation mechanism failure
◦ Make sure that the ITB is correctly installed.
◦ Use the T1 roller alienation sensor (SR9) test in the manual sensor test to verify that the sensor is
properly functioning. If it is not, replace the sensor assembly.
◦ Use the T1 roller engagement and disengagement drive test in the component test to verify that the
T1 roller disengagement mechanism is properly functioning. If it is not, remove the ITB and
manually actuate the alienation mechanism. If it fails, replace the ITB. If the ITB is working
correctly, replace the fuser drive assembly.
◦ If the product has been serviced, check the connector (J128) on the DC controller PCA

T1 alienation mechanism failure.
Recommended action for call agents

• Remove and re-install the ITB. Ensure it is correctly installed.
• If the error persists, send an on-site technician with the SR9 sensor assembly and the following instructions.

Recommended action for on-site technicians

• Remove the ITB and use the manual sensor test to verify that the T1 roller alienation sensor (SR9) flag is functioning correctly.
  • Locate the sensor SR9 inside the ITB cavity.
    Primary transfer-roller-disengagement sensor SR9 (Sensor flag in ITB cavity of printer)
    
  • From the control panel, press the Home button.
    Select the following menus: Administration / Troubleshooting / Diagnostic Tests menu.
  • From inside the ITB cavity, press up and then release the SR9 flag to actuate the sensor.

  • While pressing and releasing the flag, check the control panel display for sensor response (SR9 ITB alienation) and confirm that the sensor toggles green and shows the count increasing (0 is the normal state).
  • If the value does not increase or show on and off, replace the SR9 sensor assembly.
    Note:While testing SR9 observe the speed at which the sensor returns back to its original state. Slow reacting sensors need to be replaced. If there is any doubt, replace the SR9 sensor assembly.

• If the error persists, perform an ITB Contact/Alienation test:
  • Defeat the right door safety switch (upper left area) by inserting a stiff/folded piece of paper and then defeat right door logic switch (right side below fuser) by use masking tape to hold switch down.
  • From the control panel, press the Home button.
    Select the following menus: Administration -> Troubleshooting -> Diagnostic Tests menu.
  • During the test, observe the alienation drive hub located above the cyan cartridge.
  • If the test fails or the alienation drive hub does not rotate, replace the fuser drive assembly.

• If the error persists, replace the DC controller.

  Important:Check the connections to primary transfer-roller-disengagement sensor (SR9 at connector J19) and to the DC controller PCA (connector J128) when replacing components.

This error is primarily caused by a transfer alienation failure in which the ITB is stuck and unable to rotate, the SR9 sensor (the primary transfer roller disengagement sensor) has gone bad or the fuser drive assembly has failed.

Meant to say THANK YOU ALL earlier for the great in depth help;
As it turned out the customer called me on the morning of the service call
to cancel the call.He said when he turned the machine on the errorcode was now gone.
