    HP MFP M577

    Hello,

I have a HP M577 MFP with combined 70k on it and the customer keeps getting wrinkled prints with dog ears on it. Its been going for a while now. We've replaced a few remanufactured fusers, the side door and the ITB Belt. It only wrinkles when they run a large job (150 or more) any help would be appreciated thanks.

    Would those be duplex prints?
    What sort of media?
What media setting are you using?
Do you notice any paper curl, perchance?

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Its 20lb 8.5X11 letter plain and the paper curl looks normal... no not a lot of curl.
