HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 cant clear jam?

greetings i am doing a favor looking a HP printer for one of accounts.
    i service Ricoh.
    the last HP i sold/serviced were the b/w 4200 and 4300 workhorses.
I cant seem to find any paper jammed and pulled all the normal guides out.
IS there any service mode to check jam sensors?
    or any thoughts on this?
    thanks in advance

What is the jam message on the control panel?

      hi
i dont think it showed any part of the machine unless i am not seeing something.
I started pulling off panels and such near the side feed door and figured maybe a paper flag is out of place.
will revisit it on sunday when time allows.
was this a machine worth putting parts in?

Ink-based printers typically aren't. This printer is running around the $330 range. There isn't a repair or troubleshooting manual available. If your doing this just as a favor though, it's a learning experience.

          thanks
i dont want to get too caught up in a disposable ink jet.
Will pull apart more of the paper path and if i find nothing will advise customer of it
