    HP HD pro scanner

    Getting a 55-1003 Error after trying to calibrate the lamp, new module installed and still getting this.

    Can someone help, i can access the support menu but doesnt help very much.

    Are you certain that's the error? Because I see no 50-1003 listed. I would clear the parameter blocks and run the calibration again.

      i know ive looked as well, this is why im posting here.

      here a picture of the screen, this is after trying to run the calibration

        Ok. Well, clear the parameter blocks as I suggested and try to calibrate it again. Let us know what happens.

          ok ill try that if i can find the parameter clear, usually it pops up on a t1100 scanner but these are different. thanks again
