I don't know about toner made in China but I know Static Control toner very well. I've rebuilt thousands of HP cartridges over the years and never had a problem with HP toner from SCC. That includes color HP toner.

Here's the problem with a lot of HP compatible cartridges. You must completely rebuild HP carts. That means replacing: drum, PCR, mag. roller, doctor blade, toner and chip. These components are made to last one cycle and that's it. Some companies don't do this and they just refill the cartridges with toner and it looks like crap.

I don't know about toner made in China but I know Static Control toner very well. I've rebuilt thousands of HP cartridges over the years and never had a problem with HP toner from SCC. That includes color HP toner.

I remember those conversations. No, I wasn't trained by SCC but they have training videos and precise paperwork on how to rebuild the cartridges. They also make very specialized tools for rebuilding the carts. the right way. There are no cutting corners with HP carts.

And, yeah, China steals all of our sh!t. They need to be banned from selling in the U.S. market. It's ridiculous.

those videos came out WAY later than when I was trained @ SSC. I have been there for training multiple times.. mono... color and follow up training as new tech was developed.

it's thanks to people like Swawell, Nadler, Feinstein, Newsome's aunt NanNan et al that have been in bed with china for decades. Not to mention the universities ties in educating the Chinese students.

Being the gracious country we are, we totally 'screwed the pooch' when it came to letting the enemies into our great country.

Here's another fast fact about Static Control. When a new printer comes out, you'll see a lot of compatible carts come out almost right away. Not so with Static Control. Sometimes it will take a year or longer before Static Control comes out with toner and other parts for that cartridge. They don't release ANYthing unless it has passed all of their quality control testing. They're a great company and I speak from experience.

TRUE MAGA hats are made in the USA.... yes the knockoffs (like other China crap) are made in the communist cuntry.

I make my own chow mein....

I use a samsung phone (S9) fuck iPhones not the same advanced features and way too fucking costly

I too use a Samsung phone (BRO!) I only like REAL chow mein (from a REAL Chinese restaurant! I hate the American knockoff homemade shit.) And I still prefer my MAGA hats made in China, because when I sell them at the rallies my profit margin is much better! (caveat emptor, amiright right Bro?)

Hard to tell only from the example, but what's the status of the toners ? Even if the machine says they're not done yet, the waste compartments could be full & backing out onto the print & transfer roller. If you're adventurous you could get the drums out & clean out the waste. If not, just replace the toners.

Thanks, we replaced the black image unit and now black prints look good.

The problem only exists on full color now. If the customer purchases new C M Y units we will recommend replacing those.

Interesting how drum units can leave a mess on the transfer belt like that. Including the original black unit which was genuine HP.

Static Control cartridges comming from China. Static Control is China. Ninestar bay SCC. Cartridges are not IP safe, most of them are Clones or new build.
Regarding material, they ar enot made in US like before. They are from China.

Regarding issue.
Is that magenta bacgraund on test print? Looking test pages, for sure black cartridge is bad. Black lines comming from K color. Wiper blade or similar. Take picture of OPC.

I can see magenta cyan and black on the test prints.

SCC start to sell toner cartridges just 1 year after China bay SCC. So, China didnt steal anything from SCC. They sell clone and new build cartridges.
I can tell you as I work for NO. 1! We know all.
