HP DesignJet T930 problem after "Purge Tubes" procedure

    Dear technicians and engineers!
    I have started service procedure:
Service Utilities Menu ---> Purge Tubes-->
with idea to clear pipes of air bubbles.
The plotter warned me that I needed to prepare
new cartridges and a printhead, but ptrinthed was
in good condititon, and I did not expect that the
machine would require a replacement head all time.
I tryed to turn off and on the plotter, clear memory
and formatting HD - without any success.
Is there a way to get the plotter out of this state?
    Any backup, reset e.t.c.?

The only way I know of, is to complete the purge using setup printheads, Q6675-67004 and follow the directions in the service manual.

You could try removing the printhead, then power off and on the printer, and lie to it that the setup printheads are installed. But if you have a bad ink tube(s), prepare for an ink leak without the setup printheads installed. Then lie to it that all setup printheads have ink in them.

It's the same as other printers. One setup printhead caps 2 ink lines.

Just realize, this will not remove air from the tubes. Once ink reaches the filter in the setup printhead, it stops anything else from coming out. I don't know why HP seems to suggest this procedure for USED ink tubes. And the printer has no idea if these are installed or not. That's why I said you can remove the printhead, and then just lie to it that the setup printheads are installed, and go from there. The only risk is if one or more of the tubes are defective, they will leak ink and badly. It's safer to use the setup printheads, even if they won't remove air bubbles from the tubes.

If it's just a few bubbles, I wouldn't worry about it. If the tubes look like there's no ink them... I would replace the tube assembly.
