[Misc] HP Latex 365 cutter not working

I've got a brand new HP Latex 365 using Onyx Thrive 18 rip software to print. I checked the settings in the printer, the cutter is turned on and will cut when I manually tell it to. I can't figure out how to turn on the on-board cutter in the printer in between jobs. I'm not printing on textile or banner material. Just paper. Most all the cutter setting in Onyx seem to be for external cutter solutions. All I need is the printer to cut each job after it is done. What am I missing?
