    HP M830 Hanging - Help

    Hi Guys,

    I need assistance please. I have a LaserJet M830 which hangs on 4/8 of boot sequence. Formatted HDD, performed partial clear of HDD. Reloaded futuresmart 4 firmware. Then did it all over again and loaded futuresmart 3.

    I replaced the HDD and performed exact sequence as mentioned above. Still no luck.

    Anyone have any ideas?

      Hi, did this problem occur as a result of replacing something? If your machine has optional accessories or electronic boards, try removing them.

          Thanks Guys, the fax LIU was the issue. Removed it and machine came right. Thanks to all
