HP Officejet 7740 Ink System Error

Good day
I am having a problem with HP Officejet Pro 7740 printer. The printer was working until the black ink cartridge showed empty. A new genuine black ink cartridge was installed and then a system error showed up. Photo attached.
Any suggestions?

Have you checked the cartridge housing to see if the chip connector is intact and not bent?
