Anyone know what would cause ink (cyan in this case) to just drop onto the paper in the paper tray? Does not do it consistently, maybe every other day

This model uses an ink collection unit which was replaced recently

Oh. This is a PageWide printer. Didn't search before I answered. I don't have much experience with these other than they can be difficult to work with.
