Do any of you HP techs know what the passcode is to enter the service menu on an HP CLJ CP5225. I have tried to find a service manual for this model (online) and have been unsuccessful.

That would most likely be in the Security Manual. It is available online directly from HP. All I had to do was search "hp clj cp5225 manual"

service mode on a HP is not the same as copier etc. its mostly to re enter serial and meter.
