Would anybody have any idea how can this 94:11 error ( Designjet Z6800 ) could be tackled? The machine had, initially , a different problem - 24:10 error ( which I'd managed to get rid of after an EEROM reset). Next step after the reset was to replace the encoder strip ( had discolored portions). Also replaced a couple of bad printheads. Machine had performed the PH alignment- looking good, and then the first print job sent came out fuzzy and with doubled letters. Any attempt to print an internal page had triggered the 94:11 error. Upgraded FW- just in case. Replaced the ESP for another one harvested from a Z6100, ran ESP tests ( OK) but still got the 94 error. I am at the end of the rope... Help?
