    HP T120 Blue Screen Error

    Have a T120 which a blue screen showing "B3616D00".
    Suspect it may have something to do with the printhead.
    Can someone point me in the right direction?

      Blue-screen errors on these printers usually means something is wrong with the main PCA and/or the USB drive plugged into it with the firmware. You can try entering the service menu and doing a "hard reset" (3.3). Not the Restart OOBE, this may require new inks if done. I don't think the USB drive is something you can recreate, but I've never tried. It has to come from HP. If you can find a used main PCA WITH the USB drive that would be your best bet.
