HP laser jet P2015 has error lights on the are not listed in the service manual.

Hello, there are 6 "idiot lights" on the top cover. the upper 3, the jam, the toner and paper are all 3 on solid.
this configuration isn't listed in the HP service manual.

I checked that it had paper, had a toner cartridge and there was no paper jammed inside.

has anyone run into this issue??

The formatters on these printers suffered from cracked solder joints under the main BGA chip.

I baked (reflowed) several of these formatters to fix.

oh really. i had tried way back to bake the HP P3005 or P3015 i forget now. i didn't have any luck, but i told someone about it and it worked for them. plus several on Smarka.
