HP laserjet pro M203dw duplex problem

So the HP when I place to print 2-sided (use duplex) it shows in software that I need to put paper in the manual tray to use duplex but printer have duplex system. I already tried new drivers, new firmware, change settings to use duplex and always same thing. What else should I try?

is the duplex setting in the driver manual or automatic? Have you tried different pdf, word files.. What operating system?
