hp m130 blurred print and scan

Hello, the printer after flooding the fire extinguisher. Prints vertically at 5mm intervals unreadable blurred print. I changed the drum, toner, cleaned the laser optics, checked the condition of the foil and fuser grease, dried the transfer roller. Without results.


I checked the high voltage on the springs and it appears during the prints.
