HP LJ M425 - fuser

Hello, colleagues
I am writing this post to see if anyone else has problems repairing the fuser unit on these HP printer models: M425, P2055, M401... and also canon MF6140, LBP 6670, lbp253x .. all of this models witch work with 505X/280X/719H toner cartridges.

The problem we have is this: after repairing the fuser unit, I always have a repeat of the image and the toner is not fixed... I change fuser film sleeve and pressure roller also..

If anybody have any ideas i will be thankfull..

Did you assemble with non-OEM parts, it's not easy to find reliable fusing films... did you also replace the pressure roller bushings?

i change fuser sleeve and pressure roller (they are not oem) and also... i didnt change bushings.. they looks very good.
