HP Designjet Z6dr - funny message

I'm not really in to HP and got a funny error message from a customer:

    IMG_0002_compresse.jpg

Display language is german it basicly says:

EEBOX - Tasmania: Low Battery Level, press ok to continue. You can also restart the printer and try again...

    Google says:
Error Code0001-0001-0040Problem DescriptionE-box ? Formatter PCA empty/not purged/low batteryCorrective Action OptionsReplace the RTC battery

Is it possible it's just a firmware issue? I ask because the printer is pretty new (1,5 yo) s

Were I to make an educated guess I'd say "Tasmania" is the board that you'll find the battery, since HP likes to name their boards uniquely. And German may be the default language for that PCB.

I think I'd replace the battery & and re-load firmware to see if I could get the board to recover. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Sounds logical - we forwarded the case to HP since we sold the customer a warranty extention. Stilly odd that this message shows up on a device we've installed ~1,5 years ago
