Capture actual print-out of a HP network printer

I believe that this is the right place to get some help.Please excuse me for any mistakes as I am not an expert on printers.
I would like to sniff the raw data that are send to a network printer (HP P2015dn).I installed Wireshark and managed to get some sample data from my interface as soon as i sent a job to HP (stated protocol was "SPOOLSS" ), though i cannot find any document data (what is actually printed) apart from the filename or the printer settings. I read in here that i have to use a laptop and a hub so as to manage to have some results, but i want to know if eventually I CAN get these string data.
