HP Designjet T2300 and Windows 11 driver

    Need advice please?

I don’t work on these only Ricoh MFP & Ricoh Printers so I’m struggling

I have a customer with a HP DesignJet T2300 plotter, all was good until we upgraded two laptops with windows 11 installed on them.
Other laptops on Windows 10 work fine using the HPGL2 driver

Now all A1 prints cut off the edge of the prints ( about 4 inches )
both drivers were tried from HP = XL PS & HPGL2.

    Firmware is upto date

Both doing the same issue, Have tried different options in the driver and still clipping the image edge.
In Adobe reader i have tried Fit & Shrink to fit, The preview windows shows all the document and nothing is clipped.

I noticed on the HP site that the T2300 is not in the windows 11 compatible list, is this the issue?

Has any HP techs had any issues with windows 11 and the driver?

    Thanks in advance

What version of the driver are you trying to use? The current one from HP is 3.4.10.1625 dated April 5th 2022. It does list Windows 11 as a supported OS. But I'm not aware of any issues with it.

Make sure any options to save paper are disabled; this will make the printer move the image on the paper and cut it as close as it can, resulting in unpredictable page sizes being output.

      Thanks Kiran

I used the Driver Printer 612201.0.100 & basic drivers - I did not use the Driver-Driver Pack.
The driver that was working before the 11 upgrade was the HPGL2 driver.

I will investigate the Save Paper option.

      Thanks again
