HP managed E82540 stuck on initializing loop

hello eveyone,
I'm relatively new to these A3 HPs. I have a few of this series that, according to the customer, "take forever to boot" in the morning. so far i've been able to get away with just setting a wake event for an hour or two before they start their day.
But i have one now that the issue has come back.
could it be the HDD?

have you already tried with the firmware update?

just to know, with new FW aftermarket cartridges will not work.

It's true. I hope it is using the originals, or look for an old firmware first
