Black page on printing M477

Hello!

I have a serious problem with a laserjet PRO M477fnw. After changing the fuser, it prints the entire page in black, showing the colors in the background. We have tried cleaning contacts and even changing the main board, with the same result. We have also tested with new original consumables.

It may be that ribbon cable that goes between the formatter and engine pcb CF388-60116, it's poor quality and only lasts a few fuser replacements sometimes.

Are you referring to the cable you see in the attached photo? You don't touch to change the fuser...

Just by reseating this flat cable the printer works fine.
