T1120 Power light flashing

Good morning,

Had a customer with a "printhead failed to replace msg" . Showed up with said printhead. Replaced. Successfully got through "preparing printhead". I loaded paper for printhead, alignment. It started the alignment. Jammed 86:01 mid way. Cleared jam , rebooted machine as display said to do.

Now it doesn't boot up. Control panel does illuminate blank. Power light flashes consistently. Formatter light 1 is solod. Formatter was removed and reseater for testing, no change.

Any suggestions? Weird as machine wasnt even taken apart or anything.

Service manual says if formatter LED 1 is on solid, 2&3 are off, the problem is the formatter. I would probably suspect the hard drive first, though that should be indicated by LED 1 flashing, not on solid.

You can get just the drive from LPS or elsewhere with the firmware on it. You can't just put a blank drive in, unfortunately. Or get the entire formatter with the HD.
