HP CLJ pro M451NW not picking up paper tray 2, blank pages from tray 1

    HP CLJ pro M451NW not picking up paper tray 2, blank pages from tray 1

    Multiple issues on a HP M451nw. First, the machine will not pick up from tray 2, just a constant rotating clicking sound. I replaced both rollers, no change. I put paper in bypass tray 1 to isolate and see if it would feed, it will feed from tray 1 but the pages come out blank. What am I missing here, do I have multiple issues with this one printer or are they related?

      Have you noticed if the rubber of the drawer rotates? Typically white prints = broken laser. Are you printing from PC? In color or in bw?

          any error msgs?

          paper set properly?

          have you turned printer on it's lid to check for obstructions visually?

              No error messages, it just continues to rotate and try to pull paper. Yes, checked multiple times both the tray and for obstructions.

                  Rubber of the drawer, sorry I'm not sure what you mean by that. There is no roller in this particular tray, it's all on the bottom of the printer. This is occurring when making internal test prints.

                      Are the feed tires leaving skid marks on the top sheet of paper? I have had problems with broken paper lift.
