Designjet T630 and Print Anywhere and e-print function

    Hello,

    we've selled a T630.
The data-sheet of the printer says it should support HP's Print Anywhere.
But I can't find or activate it in the smart app.
I've read in the net HP has deactived this function and there should be an update of the Smart app.

Second problem is, the e-print function does not work properly too.
I've send a plot with g-mail and it worked one time ok.
Then I've send a plot with my desktop pc with outlook 2019 and nothing happened at the printer.
Then I've tried gmail again with my smart-phone and nothing happend.
Can I look up my print jobs somewhere?

Are there restrictions of the email app you send the pdf's with?

I'm confused and don't know what I can do.
    The customer needs this function.

    Thank you.

I've never used the ePrint function. Do you have it enabled on the printer? It's accessed from the front panel:

Beyond that I don't know. It shouldn't matter where you send the email from.

Maybe this will help. HP Printers - Print Anywhere with the HP Smart App | HP(R) Customer Support
